Outreach is available for visibility experiments only.
Connect Gmail first
Before you can send email, connect a sender account:- Go to Settings → Integrations → Outreach Email
- Click Connect Gmail
- Optionally set a Default connected account
Hub tabs
On the Outreach hub you can switch between:- Experiments — pick a visibility experiment to manage its outreach
- Outbox — sent outreach emails across experiments
- Inbox — replies across experiments
Run outreach for an experiment

Open an experiment
From the Experiments tab, select a visibility experiment.

Sync prospects
Click Sync to discover listicle opportunities from experiment citations. Use Add prospect if you want to add one manually.

Find contacts
For each prospect, use Find to discover contacts with AI, or Add / Manage contacts manually.

Draft the email
Click Write or Edit in the Email column.You can Generate from article or write a custom message. Use the
[contact_name] token in the body when you want personalization.5
Send
Click Send, choose the Gmail account under Send from, and set the follow-up schedule.Follow-ups support up to 2 additional emails after 1–14 working days (weekends skipped).

Track status
Monitor prospect statuses: Pending, Sending, Sent, Follow-up sent, Reply received, Failed, or Inactive.
Filters and summary chips
On the per-experiment outreach table you can:- Search by domain or article
- Sort by relevance, recently added, recently cited, most cited, or most competitors
- Filter by min score, status, and assignee
- Toggle Show inactive
Excluded domains
In the experiment Settings modal, use the Outreach tab to exclude domains from prospect sync when you do not want those publishers contacted.Related
