Prospect Intelligence analyzes prospect call transcripts so you can see what they talked about, asked, praised, and objected to. XLR8.ai extracts statements, groups them by theme and type, and lets you open the supporting quotes.

Accessing Prospect Intelligence

From the sidebar under Strategy, click Prospect Intelligence.

Set company identity first

Company name, domain, and Internal Team come from Settings. Prospect Intelligence uses them to tell your brand from the prospect and to keep prospect turns while skipping your team’s speech.
1

Open Settings

Go to Settings and open the company profile card (Company Name, Domain & Internal Team).
2

Save company name and domain

Enter your Company Name and Company Domain. These identify your brand in the transcript.
3

Add Internal Team names

In Internal Team, enter comma-separated names of people on your side of the call. Prospect Intelligence uses these so it can skip your team’s speech and keep the prospect’s turns.
Update Internal Team when new sellers join calls. Missing names can mix your team’s speech into the prospect analysis.

Upload transcripts

1

Choose files

Under Transcripts or Zip, select one or more files. Accepted formats include .txt, .vtt, .srt, .docx, .pdf, .md, and .zip.
2

Upload

Click Upload. Files are grouped into a batch. Status moves from Pending to Processing, then Succeeded or Failed.
3

Refresh if needed

The page polls automatically while a batch is processing. Click Refresh to reload immediately.
Processing can take a few minutes for large batches. Failed files show an error message you can review before you delete and retry.

Previously Added

Uploaded batches appear under Previously Added. Expand a batch to see each file, its status, and how many statements were extracted. You can delete an entire batch or a single transcript. Deleting removes that analysis from the charts and review list.

Filter by theme and type

Use the filters above the charts to focus the view: Theme filters apply to the charts, heatmap, and Calls To Review. Type filters apply to the charts.

Theme charts

After extraction succeeds, charts appear only when they have data:
  • Most Talked About — themes that appear in the most calls
  • Most Asked — themes with the most questions
  • Most Praised — themes with the most praise
  • Most Painful — themes with the most pain
  • Most Objected — themes with the most objections
  • Most Requested — themes with the most requests
Each bar is a count of unique calls. Click a bar to open the statements and quotes for that theme.

Theme By Type

The Theme By Type heatmap shows how often each theme appears as each type. Switch:
  • By topic — how many times that theme and type appear
  • By call — how many unique calls include that theme and type
Click a cell to open the matching statements. In By call mode, quotes are grouped by call.

Calls To Review

Calls To Review lists each call with counts per type. It uses the theme filter above. Choose which type columns to show — Total is only those types. Click a column header to sort, and click it again to reverse direction. Click a row to open that call’s statements and quotes.

Reading quotes

The quote drawer shows the extracted point, themes, type, and supporting quotes. Speaker and company appear only when they were in the transcript.
