Use Videos to generate explainer videos from a script you write or from an existing content piece in XLR8.ai. Navigate to Execution → Videos in the sidebar.

Create a video

Open New video

From the Videos list, click New video.

Provide a script

Optionally Pull from existing content piece, or write a custom script.Required fields:
  • Video title
  • Script — for a roughly 5-minute video, aim for about 700–800 words

Choose a voice

Select a Voice from the available VideoGen voices.

Configure video settings

Set:
  • Aspect ratio — 16:9 Landscape, 9:16 Portrait, or 1:1 Square
  • Visual pacing — Slow, Medium, or Fast
  • Quality — Low, Standard, or High
  • Language
  • Visual style — Stock, AI Image, or Entity
  • Voice speed — 0.5× to 2.0×
  • Production notes for AI (optional)

Generate

Click Generate video. The job is submitted to VideoGen and appears in your Videos list with status updates.

Job statuses

On a completed job, open the detail page to preview the video or Download MP4.
The Videos page currently offers Explainer video generation. Avatar video options are not enabled in the product UI.

Create the content piece you can pull into a video script.
