The Settings page is where you configure the details XLR8.ai uses across every feature — your company identity, brand guidelines, schedules, navigation preferences, llms.txt, and third-party integrations. Navigate to Settings from the General section of the main sidebar at any time.

Company profile

Under Company Profile → Company Name & Domain, set:
  • Company Name — your brand name as it should appear in experiments and content
  • Company Domain — your primary domain without a protocol (for example, acme.com)
  • Third-Party Reviews Domain (optional) — used when analyzing third-party review sources
XLR8.ai pre-fills your company name and domain when you create experiments, generate content, and configure social listeners.

Organization brand guidelines

Under Brand Guidelines → Organization Brand Guidelines, admins can provide:
  • Freeform guidance text
  • PDF uploads (max 10MB each)
  • A toggle to Default to including brand guidelines in content tools
Members can view guidelines; only organization admins can edit them. When the default toggle is on, content generation and related tools include these guidelines automatically.

AI Brand Learnings

Under Brand Corrections → AI Brand Learnings, review corrections captured from resolved content comment threads. Admins can:
  • Filter by pending, approved, dismissed, or all
  • Add correction manually
  • Apply to future content (approve) or Dismiss a learning
Approved learnings help keep future generated content consistent with your brand.

Experiment schedules

Under Experiment Schedules → Schedule Overview, organization admins can view and manage automated run schedules across experiments. See Scheduling for cadence options and how schedules work.
Under Navigation → Additional Tools, toggle Show Additional Tools in the sidebar. When enabled, the sidebar shows:
  • Additional Tools — Content Alignment and Cosine Similarity Maximiser
  • AEO Audit — homepage AI discoverability scorecard
This preference is stored in your browser (localStorage) and defaults to off.

LLM.txt

Under AI Models & Content Settings → LLM.txt, generate a downloadable llms.txt file for your site. Provide:
  • Company name
  • Company URL
Then click Generate & download.

Content staleness

Blog URL monitoring lives under General → Indexing → Content staleness (/settings/content-staleness), not on the main Settings page. Add blog URLs to monitor content freshness. See Indexing for related URL submission workflows.
